Origins
In the year 1995 a young group of missionaries decided to travel to Salta and get closer to the reality of young children living in the mountains.Through out the years they were faced with these children´s harsh reality. Many of them living in remote places very far from civilization. Most of them travel for long distances on horses, or for very long hour walks. These small schools have few resources and offer classes only up to elementary levels.
Over the years the Fundación Grano de Mostaza expanded its mission to promote integration and social inclusion on equal terms through programs of education and social development.
